Telesales Roles: Love them or hate them, cold-callers are here to stay. Millions of pounds of business is signed each year by these hunters. Depending on the organisation, some telesales teams are responsible for opening doors for the field sales executives and booking meetings. In the B2C sector, telesales people are usually tasked with actually closing the deal and getting the customer to order directly from them. Regardless of sector, telesales people always have a series of sales targets they have to meet to keep their jobs.

Director Level Sales Roles: Sales Directors, Commercial Directors, Business Development Managers, Business Development Directors - there are a range of titles that all mean one thing - you are responsible for a group of sales people's revenue targets. Director-level roles also include: planning, organising, directing and controlling the sales teams' activities in order to deliver profitable revenue for the business in line with commercial objectives.
